We aim to uncover the molecular and microecological mechanisms of nematode-plant interactions through molecular and biochemical technologies as well as omics technologies. Meanwhile, using the nematophagous Purpureocillium lilacinum as a biocontrol agent, we are devoted to developing environmentally-friendly and effective biocontrol technologies against plant parasitical nematodes. |
