個人簡介

李國田,男,77779193永利官网教授、博士生導師。長期從事水稻-稻瘟菌互作研究,建立了全基因組測序的水稻快中子突變體庫并綜合多種生物信息學手段對其中突變進行深度分析;并證明利用此突變體庫能夠快速克隆水稻抗病相關基因;闡明了稻瘟菌Mst50蛋白在多個MAPK信号通路中的作用。在Plant CellMolecular PlantEnvironmental MicrobiologyCurrent Opinion in MicrobiologyRice等學術期刊發表研究論文10餘篇,

本課題組以水稻和稻瘟菌為研究對象,已從水稻突變體庫中篩選出多個抗病突變體,表型突出,正綜合利用生物信息學、遺傳學、基因組學、CRISPR/Cas9等基因編輯以及生化和分子生物學等技術手段深入研究已鑒定的抗病突變體;在稻瘟菌方面,主要從水稻抗病的角度研究此病原真菌的緻病性。本研究室從寄主和病原菌兩方面解析水稻與稻瘟菌互作的分子機制,為稻瘟病的防治提供種質資源和理論基礎
